How can it be so CHEAP ?
Cost-effective and affordable, not cheap. We work hard on streamlining and automating our development cycle and process, but make no compromises on quality.
How are you different?
No organization structure. Our organization has eliminated all levels of hierarchy except for senior developers. By leveraging cutting-edge tools and in-house solutions, our time can be spent almost entirely on solving our customers’ problems without the usual project planning and development overhead.
How can I help ensure the best possible outcome?
A clear, unambiguous and detailed extension request will ensure you the best possible offer and delivery time at the lowest cost. Unnecessary details do no harm, but a missing key piece of information may cause misinterpretations or undue delays.
It’s often a good idea to write the request in reference to the objects, fields or actions it relates to in Business Central.

Why am I expected to pay up front?
Reduces costs and simplifies the process. Immediate payment is a prerequisite for streamlining the production process and cutting unnecessary costs. Repeat customers can apply for a line of credit and consolidated invoices.
How fast can I expect a reply / delivery?
Offers in 1-2 days; delivery within a week. We strive to give you an offer within 1-2 working days and deliver the solution within a week. Time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the request.
Will I break our Business Central?
No. Installing an app from a trusted source is safe and can also be easily undone. However, as with everything in IT, you should always make sure your backup policy is sufficient and you know how to use it if necessary. Luckily Business Central comes with a default, ready-made and automated backup process. What are the limits of what you do?
We do small to medium sized tasks. We are confident in our ability to accomplish any technically feasible task related to Business Central. However, within the confines of Tailorator we focus on clearly defined tasks that can be accomplished without the need for extensive planning (workshops), user acceptance testing or iterations. Larger projects are better suited for bigger organisations. If the request’s magnitude is clearly out of scope or we can’t get a clear picture of the request based on email correspondence, we’ll have to politely decline.
Can you modify pre-existing extensions?
Yes. We can immediately get to work developing further any extensions made by us. However, we have decided to exclude development of third party extensions from our business model.
We have Dynamics NAV 2016, could you ..
Unfortunately no. We focus solely on Business Central, and are not able to support users of NAV or Navision.
Can a purchased extension be modified further?
Yes. All of our extensions will be delivered unprotected with full source code included. Any party, us and your Business Central partner included, can modify the extension further or incorporate it into another extension. The smart thing is naturally for us to maintain and further develop any extensions we have provided.
Is it difficult to install an extension?
Installing an extension (.app-file) is very easy – we even have an automated installer. See our installation page.
